was the radio officially acknowledged by Honda??What problem? The speedometer screen that reports speed? or the loss of display and components? Honda recommends rp;acing the radio now. will know soon if that is the fix.
I kept forgetting to upload the invoice... here, this might help. This is my most recent invoice and it seems fixed after they did this....i had same problem yesterday. i had my trusty usb keybooard. im gonna try to be patient on this and wait till dealers are told how to fix it with one trip lol if possible.

Yeswas the radio officially acknowledged by Honda??
I did not hear the pops but rather the screech that some posts referred to. I have an appointment tomorrow at the dealer, but I may cancel it because there is no real fixI felt usb keyboard was easier then pulling out fuse 29. Hopefully, they send out an OTA update but think nothing will happen if anything until next IOS update I believe 13 comes out. I believe it is in beta trial right now. I have been playing on safe side and using waze through Bluetooth. Just get sound on infotainment and keep map open on phone. Not ideal but always get worried that infotainment system might totally crash. Question did you hear 2 pops before infotainment system went crazy? Target has the the keyboard with usb included. It was a little big but 11:00 pm at night when my conundrum happened, I was happy! Keep us in the loop. We can be #wazedwrong group! Augh!
Perhaps if I speed through a school zone I could be taken seriously. I today stressed to service mgr that if he could not at this time say the vehicle is safe to drive how could I. Honda Rep needs to see blood to understand. Honda seems insulated from the customer.Idk why they are not providing you a loaner car. Try to brag about how much you’ve been paying for ur rental car. Put pressure on those guys.
My system seems to be working okay, but I've been getting a cracking noise through the speakers ( first time it happened I thought a pebble hit the windshield). When I go in for first service I'm going to mention it.Perhaps if I speed through a school zone I could be taken seriously. Unsure of the reality, but service mgr mentioned during a review of all of my problems that the popping issue has to do with the sounding of the touch screen. Modify the sound control volume of the touch screen such that your touch to the screen is muted. Bottomline though Honda should be addressing this issue rather than an avoid tactic. Hopefully, this issue will not be considered a "characteristic." as the auto manufacturers like to call behaviors of a vehicle that will not cause death. My system seems to be working okay, but I've been getting a cracking noise through the speakers ( first time it happened I thought a pebble hit the windshield). Oh yeah, I have that “no signal” thing for 2 times.
It rarely happens.
Hopefully that issue is fixed too.
check your states lemon laws and process. most states have great relief under the warranty the lemon laws provide which may be different then the manufacturer's warranty...Perhaps if I speed through a school zone I could be taken seriously. If you only have radio loss, then why are yi have had no signal or no sound 4 times..
service has had the car for 11 days now. (two months old.. 2500 miles)
I have the sound failure on video...the dealer sent it to honda.
They said they will replace the tuner... but 11 days later they still have my new passport.. at least I have a loaner from them...
law suit from accura/honda owners over infotainment issues as above apparently filed in california and moving forward...

Honda has had 2 times to fix the menu of problems. The vehicle drove a little over 1000 miles after the first attempted fix. We are hoping, as we are unsure, the repair has been made. We like the vehicle. We as of yet not had a loner. The unit has been with Honda collectively more than 10 days of inconvenience given that the problem is not isolated to one vehicle andthe loss of the speedometer a safety issue recognixzed by Honda. Honda gets one more opportunity to make right if the need arises.check your states lemon laws and process. most states have great relief under the warranty the lemon laws provide which may be different then the manufacturer's warranty...
