The price paid includes destination, but not taxes and fees. I left out the taxes and fees since those are unique to my location.

MSRP - 42,225 (including destination)
Paid - 39,930 (including destination)
Discount - 2,295

Taxes - 2945
Fees - 333

Total out-the-door - 43,207
That's a great deal too. I purchased a black awd touring for 42k even. The 42k included taxes, fees, destination, dealer add ons.

I'm pretty annoyed at my dealer right now. They are charging $1395 for floor mats, splash guards, cargo mat and nitro tires on a PP they got from another dealer. They say I agreed to it. I say they didn't give me the itemized list and didn't agree. I certainly wouldn't have agreed to that price. I'm ready to walk even though they have $1000 on a credit card. I'll then dispute it if I have to. I proposed they throw in a couple additional items and we'll do the deal. Will wait to see what they come up with.

So I had a long talk with my salesman today. I guess I have to take him at his word with a bit of skepticism. He said there are no Honda factory to dealer incentives on the PP now, nor room for "hold-backs". The deal they did for me, matching a USAA/TrueCar quote from another dealership is a loss for them as there is dealer to dealer transfer fees on the car they found and other fees. It's because I purchased our CRV from them 15 mos ago that they consented to do this deal and wouldnt have otherwise. They'll make their $ back by reselling the CRV at a markup. I hope he was being truthful and transparent as possible. I think we'll go with it.

That's an awesome deal SoundsGood! Congrats!

There is a strong chance I get mine today, I am negotiating a bunch of Accessories, in order to (hopefully) get the dealer to remove the USELESS Theft Prevention Pkg (which is a Bar code and a theft policy thru All State)...

Congrats! That's an excellent price (which I assume includes destination charge.)
