Just took the plunge for a Touring AWD Lunar Silver

MSRP - 42,225
Paid - 39,930
Discount - 2,295

No warranty, accessories, etc purchased at the dealer.

You say you did not pay for any dealer add-ons. Does your paid price include destination and taxes and fees?
The price paid includes destination, but not taxes and fees. I left out the taxes and fees since those are unique to my location.

MSRP - 42,225 (including destination)
Paid - 39,930 (including destination)
Discount - 2,295

Taxes - 2945
Fees - 333

Total out-the-door - 43,207

I picked up my Passport earlier today. These are the revised numbers at the end of the deal:

MSRP - 42,225 (including destination)
Paid - 39,930 (including destination)
Discount - 2,295

Taxes - 2945
Fees - 354

Total out-the-door - 43,228

The dealer threw in the cargo tray, all-season floor mats, and wheel locks.

Well guys, I can FINALLY contribute to this thread. Picked up an Elite Passport yesterday. Yay! Here's my pricing info:

2019 Passport Elite
$39,915 - Price Paid
$3,935.93 - Fees, Tax, Tag, etc
$43,850.93 - Total OTD

No trade in and no accessories, although wheel locks were included.
Congrats! That's an excellent price (which I assume includes destination charge.)

I contacted close to a dozen dealerships, then went back and forth with each of them. I made a spreadsheet and everything. :)
My friends kid me because I do spreadsheets for everything, this process being no exception. By the time I visited the dealer for the 4th time (had already visited other dealers), I was ready for the process to end and didn't feel like doing hardball negotiation. Since I had already gotten the price into my acceptable range, I bit.

I don't particularly like the new car buying process, which is one reason I keep my cars so long.
