You’re right. It’s not a a court, but it IS a legal issue, now. When it’s all said and done I’ll post the service papers like you asked....You said you’d eat crow on your other post???? Hope you’re hungry!
Wouldn’t have thought twice other than your story kept changing. You said you could reproduce the problem anytime you wanted yet you couldn’t prove it to the dealer soooo in advance, here ya go

You’re not paying attention... There are TWO seperate problems-the problem didn’t change.

The first issue was the extended acceleration delay, the second is the slipping transmission. I’ve been given SEVERAL reasons/excuses why both are happening by different service guys and a Honda service rep.

No one from Honda can agree on what’s causing either problem... Frankly, if anyone is changing their story it’s the Honda service department.

I believe Donna when she says she is dissatisfied and equally believable is that not every Passport (or Honda for that matter) is flawless. I had several BMWs and they were the best and most reliable cars I have ever owned, but I worked with a guy who had a series of issues his dealer could not correct and he had to get a lawyer and take them to court, but he was eventually able to force them to buy it back. And nothing will ever convince him to buy another Beemer..
