Are you saying when you tilt the steering wheel down that the entire steering column is off center or that when you tilt it down your steering wheel becomes out of alignment from the direction the wheels are pointing??

Off centre. No alignment issues

If you have the steering wheel perfectly straight and your vehicle turns one direction or another it is out of alignment. If this only occurs when when the steering column is tilted up or tilted down and not the other, then your steering column is defective.

And it is ! They're telling me its common. The only solution is that they adjust the steering according to the height i want it hahaha! What would you do if you were me?

Completely up to you! If your happy with it then that should be all that matters. But I will say steering column tilt and telescoping have no effect on alignment.
