Just emailed the finance manager who went through the paperwork with me.

"Hi Hillary.

This is Karim who purchased a Passport last Tuesday that had a trade in that involved a BMW. I did note on monday before purchase about allignment issue with it pulling to the right and you said they will take care of it and told me i have double back up on this issue.

It was supposedly fixed before i drove it off the lot the next night Tuesday (as honda was closed the night before)... but it persisted from day 1.

I was in on Friday to do the paint protection, rust , fabric ,undercoat etc. And advised them to fix the allignment. They did 'fix' it AGAIN and i picked it up yesterday. Now it pulls to the LEFT!

Now i dont have time to keep bringing in a BRAND NEW vehicle into service every other day for this issue.

I would like for you to escalate this issue with service and to get me a loaner on Tuesday and keep the vehicle in for as long as required to get it fixed PROPERLY. The technicians added approx 100Km on my vehicle on friday and still did a poor job.

I dont think any brand new owner should be going through the remorse im going through right now. Poor vehicle allignment and poor service job.

Thank you.
Please reply at the earliest of your convenience."

Nice, I might have added a PS:

PS: If this issue is something beyond the technical capabilities of your dealership, could you please provide me with the contact name of the appropriate person at Honda Corporate?

Only 2,000 miles and we’ve had the out of alignment issue, front struts were popping on turns, and it looks like we have the AC leak at the receiver/dryer (July TSB). No off-roading, we haven’t taken any trips yet..
WOOOOW! Do you have extended warranty?
It seems like i should save the dealership service centre as a new 'Home' on my Google maps

UPDATE AUGUST 6TH 2019:
So i hound service and finance with emails and voice messages. I finally get a reply 2 hours after they opened from service asking me if i can come in tomorrow to drop off the vehicle. I explained to them i work as pharmacy manager MON-SAT 9-6 solid covering for another pharmacist who's off of work at the moment and i f i were to drop it off i'ld need a loaner to go to work. They Tell me well all of our loaners are booked until 15th august . I'm like that's not my problem, i need this vehicle fixed because A) there's an alignment issues B ) The steering wheel is not centered C) that makes the vehicle not safe especially on the highway on my commute to work AND that alignment issue will cause my vehicle to get worse and lead to further tire issues.
They say we'll get the service manager to talk to you...
..6 hours later no one...calls .
I left the finance lady 2 messages....no ANSWER.
They Call back telling me they can't get me a loaner.
I DEMAND TALKING TO THE SERVICE MANAGER AGGRESSIVELY ON THE PHONE AND I DID TELL THEM I'LL SHOW UP AND YOU'LL HAVE ONE AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER TO DEAL WITH TONIGHT AFTER I FINISH WORK ( WORK IS AN HOUR AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP)

And believe it or not , i got transferred...
I explain to him the situation in detail and the gong show that was going on .
He said come in and drop off your vehicle and we'll get you into a car that used for sale.

I show up , and a lady from the finance department walk out asking me to sign a document that was missed the night before when i bought my vehicle .
NOW THAT'S WHEN I YELLED AT HER and i could tell she felt she made a huge mistake .
i told her " do you even have emotional intelligence?" and she apologized and i told her give me your manager , Honestly , i was in no mood to deal with amateurs after all that time wasted (4 days last week at the dealershi*) dealing with bunch of non experienced fresh grads wanting to waste my time considering i work 9 hours and commute 2 hours )

The sales manager came out and apologized and asked me where i dropped off the CIVIC. AND that was just going to pop an artery or give me an aneurysm . I was like it's not a civic...it's a passport...twice the size , power and value of one...And he apologizes and says here are the keys to my used car that they'll provide which was a 2010 mazda CX 3...
I looked at him with rage....only with rage.
I told him listen , you have a BMW 2016 435 flawless and you trade it PLUS pay 20k DOWNPAYMENT and you bought a passport from me , and you brought it back twice! to fix it but i failed... would you like for me to give you a trash wagon Mazda as your loaner for the time period...
He was so sorry sir but this is what i have...i told him give me the boss. i want him now...
He starts to give me attitude , i told him listen bro , i mean no disrespect but my time is money. Ive wasted so much time and gas to drive all the way here and be treated like sh*t on the phone so do not treat me like sh*t in my face!
He says sir you have to calm down and i promised him I will when i speak to someone who can calm me down and has a brain to deal with customers appropriately. He says Ok i'll get him .
FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER
Now The big boss comes out...
I explain everything to him. He apologizes. Understand me from where im coming from . I TOLD HIM CLEARLY THAT IF MY VEHICLE ISN'T FIXED after the third time...i want to exchange it AND that's according to your policy of a 30 days exchange on a new vehicle that we cant fix. Ofcourse he replies and says THAT's for a mechanical or electrical failure that we cant solve. I told him well alignment is associated with a physical part of the mechanics of a vehicle ! He says well we dont usually do that for alignment issues. I'm like we will see if i have to take this to AMVIC ( Alberta motor vehicle industry counsel) which protects customers from dealership fraud and failed promises.
I explained to him i lost confidence in your service technicians who apparently 'fix' vehicles here . He said tomorrow the service manager and i will personally test and work on your vehicle ( usually bullsh*t tactic to calm customers down ) and he get me a pilot as a loaner instead and apologized for the inconvenience.

Bottom line: The gong show still continues for another episode...and i miss BMW and the treatment you'd get at the dealership. You get what you pay for.
To be continued.

UPDATE AUGUST 7TH 2019 7:30 AM.
I receive a call from the dealership asking me why i have left the car parked in front of the service door. I explained to them calmly ( still didn't have coffee). Then they asked me where are the keys? I told them it's with your big boss. I heard a big sigh. I told them sorry but i am not sorry and don't you dare tow the vehicle . They said they wouldn't.
I absolutely have no idea what i got myself into :D

UPDATE:
So i receive my vehicle yesterday evening. One of the sales manager was extremely professional. Right of the bat knew me & my concern and insisted he will join me on the drive before he grabs the few missing signatures that finance forgot to take off of me.
No pull was noticed! I WAS SCREAMING HALLELUJAH quietly.
Got home and finally relieved to be parking a problem free new vehicle (hahaha) !

TODAY:
i adjusted my seat lower and wanted to adjust my steering wheel. As i lowered it down , i found it to tilt toward the LEFT. :( :( :( . I pinched myself to make sure i wasn't dreaming. Unfortunately the pain was there. I had a mosquito with me in the car and i actually allowed it to bite me ... just because.
I drove it off and the car doesn't pull or drift BUT the steering wheel is off center again :(...Still hoping it was a dream and wanted to wake myself up , i decided to play Wake Me Up Inside by Evanescense on max volume however felt disappointed more as A) was already awake B) the stuff in the door compartment that i had were vibrating (even at 75% volume...unlike my HK speakers on my BMW and the quality and build of it)....
Decided to lift the steering wheel back up to it's original position and viola it's centered again.
Now...Is this honda made in china?
I have the steering wheel higher than what i'ld like....but it's a compromise i have to accept in this NEW vehicle...
Oh dear.
Should i hound them back ? What would you do guys.

Are you saying when you tilt the steering wheel down that the entire steering column is off center or that when you tilt it down your steering wheel becomes out of alignment from the direction the wheels are pointing??
