Did they mention the recall for the telematics module ??I’ll post final numbers after I leave the dealership Saturday morning.
I was just looking on Cars.com, and the nearest one to me with a value like that is 1200 miles!Just saw a Touring AWD priced on Cars.com for $37,938. Emailed to confirm price. Too bad it’s 500 miles away
no problem glad to help! Thanks Steve. Had no idea
Done deal. I bought the Touring AWD at $39845.95 out the door. I’ll post a price breakdown and some pics in the purchase price details thread. So msrp on a touring is $41,180 not including the destination fee. So did you pay $38630? plus tax and plate. Did you not have to pay destination fee(1,045) on ur deal? so essentially you got $3595 off?
That sound like a good price, I doubt you would find a better price any where...Below is the deal I was offered after 2 weeks of haggling. I am very satisfied with this and gave the dealer my credit card for the $500 deposit. What do you guys think?
“That price is invoice, To earn your business we will sell Passport touring AWD in stock for $38,630 plus dealer installed add and tax, tag, fees. I do have a Black, Black in stock stock # B006819. Would you like to buy the Passport. I can hold with a $500 credit card deposit until you can take delivery before the end of the month. Yes your right. Honda sticks it to their customers for accessories, and no set price for dealerUsed to work in sales for Honda...They make large part of their profit on dealer add ons....better to get pricing for add ons directly from service dept..parts and labor....Of course if it is your intent to add the add ons into the financing then you are stuck with the sales dept pricing...perhaps you can haggle a little....But the mark ups for dealer adds ons on the sales side is exorbitant... as much as 2 to 3 times what the service dept will charge.
