I am really struggling with the interior color choice for my planned Modern Steel Elite. The interior of the Passport (dash, trim, console, carpet, etc.) is all black, with absolutely zero contrast. I wish the headliner was gray or something to break up the darkness of the interior. I think the gray seats add some life and a sense of luxury to the interior, but I know Black is probably the more practical choice.

Here are a couple pics I found that I think more closely represent the true color of the gray interior.
I think the gray interior (seats) looks lighter than these pics in real life, and the black to me is more of a dark charcoal gray, IMHO. The key is to see both in person with your own eyes.

Yes. They're a bit *too* light in real life.

By the way, I completely understand what you mean about the contrast. I like contrast, but not with those light gray seats.

I agree with Homer. Best bet is to see both for yourself in person and compare. You might really like the gray seats. Or you might prefer the black. But don't make a decision based on the picture, it's not quite accurate.

I had the Gray seats in my 2017 CR-V as well, I felt they accented the "Steal Metal Gray" the exterior color. Gray is a good color, spilled coffee stains were easy to find too.

When I test drove it was gray inside and I wanted the black for sure/agree with the above, u really have to see it in person and I love the black headliner and glad it isn’t gray but the interior does need something to have contrast ? hmmm PP 2020 I guess
