For DIY, try neoprene which is a synthetic rubber and does not suffer from the out-gas of natural rubber. You'll want the solid sheets, but not the sponge foam. It is also not tacky like silicone can be. I've used it for shelf liners in my tool cabinet. You can find it on Amazon, too.

Passport doesn't have overhead camera view. My previous car had it and I loved it, very handy when parking to be sure you're between the lines, or at the proper distance from the curb. No complaints otherwise. Very smooth, very quiet. Glad to be back in a Honda again.

Note: I said 'rubber-like". There are small sheets that are of a soft plastic that I have seen in other car forums to fix the same problem you have. I searched but could not find any immediate threads.

As a secondary solution, the Michael's stores (hobby-type retail), have 9" X 12" felt sheets that are adhesive backed (or not) $1.10 and $0.40 respectively . See attached photo. Just cut to shape and apply. I hope this helps.
Thank you! I'm heading to Michael's this weekend!

I’m having a issue with my drivers side mirror. When I put my passport in reverse the mirror tilts so you can see curbs. When I put the car back in drive the mirror is never back in the original spot so I have to adjust the mirror every time I get into car. Is anyone else having this issue?
I just got my passport yesterday and yes my mirrors are not acting correctly!

If you put your car in reverse, the side mirror that angles down is whichever side you have your adjusting dial set to. If you want your right side mirror to angle down when reversing, just make sure the adjusting dial, or whatever it's called, is set to the right.

Actually, I like the overall center console design much better then the previous generation Pilot. I wish the armrests were slightly more sustantial, and the push-button shifter still requires me to look at it even after driving the car 2,500 miles. But I don’t want to go back to what I had in my old Pilot.

Couple little things I've notice after about a month of ownership: I would have liked a USB plug to play iPod to be hidden in console like the '16 Pilot. The one in the console is for charging only so you have to use the one that is out and I don’t like leaving the iPod in plain sight. Also, I’m not sure of the placement of the blindspot alerts. I think they would be better on the mirrors or at least not set back so far. I’m hoping in time I’ll get more used to it. Also, if you have the screen on the dash by speed, etc set to navigation last time you drove when you restart the vehicle it's at the menu - think it should just stay at last viewed screen. Heated seats seem to come on randomly - maybe something isn't right? I think every vehicle is going to have things you don't like, Otherwise, I LOVE IT!!!!!! Little tip: telescoping sun visors.
Completely agree on the USB plug issue, had to end up connecting my Ipod via Bluetooth to resolve that problem, just so I could keep it out of sight.

New dislike would be no valet key.
After thinking about it, for those times that I use a valet key (mostly at parking garages/lots where you have to leave the key), I can just separate the key fob. Lock the glove box with the key; give the other part that operates the car to the attendant.

This leaves a lesser issue of the attendant not having a loop to attach an ID tag, if needed.

Did you have another use in mind?

I worry that fob gets misplaced by valet service and so like to have my fob just in case. Also nice to have 3rd fob for contingency plan if misplace the other fobs.

I have only had my PP for a few days, but the front parking sensors leave much to be desired. They do not really help me park. Would much rather they had two more which gave you distance from dead center, rather than angled toward the corners of the vehicle.
