I have a 2 week old Passport Touring. I had a no Audio Connection issue randomly today while my car was running.

It just kept saying no audio connection and the nothing on the infotainment system would work. It took 40 minutes to work after I reset it a few times. I don’t think the resets worked.

Anyway is this a software issue or hardware? I’m seriously thinking of returning it because of this.

Service is looking at it Friday but from what I’ve read this is not reparable.

I had the same issue happen to me about a week ago; I turned the Passport off and then back on and then followed up with a factory reset and a system update.

This is all part of the infotainment issue that Honda has been avoiding dealing with for over a year. There is a class action lawsuit that you can be part of once there is a settlement. My Passport has been at the dealer for almost a month. I have their rental and have refused to pick it up until fixed. Supposedly there is a fix by replacing the infotainment amp that had a part that wasn’t rated at 180 degrees as per spec.. supposedly the new amps will start arriving at the dealers this week with mine supposedly returned by Wednesday. In fact at this point most dealers are just turning away clients and saying to come back when the fix is in place... Mark
