That's very true. I never looked at it that way. When the Miata first came out, people would crowd around them. I guess there was a big "ego" factor in being seen in one.

It does make it all the more puzzling why someone couldn't wait a month or two for something as "pedestrian" as the Passport. It won't be long before most dealers are dealin'.

Yes, you are correct. Luckily for dealers, most people won't even care about this forum and just hand over thousands extra without much though of how they are being taken advantage of.

I am quite disappointed that they could not get the top Trim Passport below the price of the Limited Highlander. I was expecting it 2 or 3k less considering how much better the highlander sells than the Pilot now.
