Similar problem solving used when my remote start wouldn't work or the walk away door lock wouldn't work. Wife had left her FOB in the Passport.

So there are customizable settings for the mirrors, driver's seat settings, and keyless entry settings for each key fob. Has anyone seen a list of settings that can be customized by driver? I don't see anything in the manual.
It's assumed the holder of the Key FOB to which the settings are being applied is the driver.

Ohhh gotcha. Misunderstood. As far as I can tell the only driver related customizations are the outside mirrors and the drivers seat position (other than lumbar). Everything else is just customizable for the vehicle but doesn't change with different drivers.

The manual says the changes you make to the way the keyless entry works only applies to the key FOB that was used to unlock the drivers door. I assumed that meant you could only customize one (which I also thought was weird). But I guess you could relock them and then unlock the door with the other one and try it out.

Here’s something I hate .. I’ve never seen a backup camera’s view so adversely affected by a little rain. I don’t know if it’s just a poor mounting location or what but it’s useless in wet weather.

Bingo. Me too. But it's a pain in the butt to switch back and forth. We should be able to push a button to turn on the camera. Heck, it works that way on the Acura RDX so it can work that way on the Passport.
But is putting it in reverse so much different than pushing a button? Well, I guess it’s pulling a button. Quite different indeed.

I’m probably the only one with this issue but there is an annoying .. I don’t even know what the word is .. squeak? squeal? .. friction related noise of some sort it seems coming from my drivers seat. I don’t know if it’s in the seat back, the lumbar, the seat bottom, the seat position hardware, no idea. But whenever I shift my body around it seems to make this noise. Kinda annoying. Like maybe it’s needs grease somewhere.

Had crazy thing happen with the Collision Mitigation braking. Was driving 65 mph on a 2 lane highway and the way the road made a bend and at that moment a semi-truck was coming in the other direction it looked for a second like we were head-to-head. The Collision flashed braking on the screen and tapped the brakes twice. Scared me a little - at least it just tapped the brakes. Also the cross traffic monitoring seems to be have long range. I was parked at a gas station and went to back up and it was alerting me to traffic coming on the main road which was a pretty good distance away not like traffic come up the lane in a parking lot - I'm not good at judging distance I bet the distance was a least 3x the width of a parking lot lane. Had to stop and look around to see what I wasn't seeing that sensors were. Sometimes all the beeps make me jump a little LOL! Guess the day it saves me from an accident I will be truly grateful! Just takes some getting used to!:)
Don’t tell Donna.

Wow, you're right! I found the overhead light and the switch was OFF! Thanks!

As for the sport mode, would the transmission remain in Sport mode after a shut down? I have to try tonight...
No, because you have to put in Park first. And first option out of Park is Drive.

Straight in and straight out, one quick motion, right down the middle. Always having the keys nearby and other doors closed has always worked.

Sometimes when I get in and press the brake to start the engine it's hard to press (like it was pressed with the ignition off and can't be pressed anymore) and sometimes it presses down just fine. Not sure why that would be.

I think the side mirrors should automatically open (if closed) once a certain speed is hit, the same way the automatic door locks work.
Now, there’s a good idea. But with the button being the type that locks in/locks out, it would require a different bit of hardware and some programming which in Honda’s eyes would probably push it over $50k.
