I tried that method a few years ago on another car and it didn't work very well. I watched the video and once he removed the sticker he pointed out the discoloration on the visor and if you look closely you can also see a difference of texture in some areas where the sticker was. It might work great for some but I didn't want to chance messing up the visor. Note also he mentioned he just bought that visor at the dealer and it's never been installed in a car. I wonder why he had to buy a new visor? Messed up the original trying out the sticker removal process?
For areas where it is warm enough already - I'd think if you left your car in the sun with the windows rolled up long enough you could also peel the stickers off? It might need to be done over a few hours to allow it to reheat.

Too bad with the car breakins. We have that issue also in N CA. Makes you mad! Hopefully, the tinted black windows and trunk cover will prevent showing anything valuable. Glad you are happy with your updates. Accessorizing is fun but a little pricey.
One reason I am adamant about my potential new Passport fitting in my tiny one car garage. Even in Huntington Beach the car thefts and breaks ins are high.

Covered my bright ass airbag warning signs!

Went to The DMV to transfer my personalized plates from my CRV to my Passport, oh - it’s about 87 days too soon...but did get a boring normal plate to put on my Vintage to sell her.?

Also, got to truly experience the air vented booty and back in the seat today. I swear I didn’t notice it yesterday!

Added all weather floor mats, cargo cover, cargo mat, mud flaps, and cross bars. Friday I’ll have dealer add die cast running boards, hitch, harness and ATF cooler. This weekend I’ll install low profile wind deflector to prevent stone chips on leading edge of hood.
So you have a photo of the low profile wind deflector? I’m considering something like that. My CRV was mauled by Little Rock chips ?

Today IT got, running boards (black no LED), mud flaps (aka splash guards), all weather mats, cargo mat, edge guards, and the moon roof visor (not what I was told and don’t think I will like it).

I was expecting a shade so when I have the moon roof open mid day I’m not getting sunburned. I have a feeling this won’t stay on very long. Anyone possibly interested in purchasing it? Based in Huntington Beach, CA. However will be in a Vegas this weekend, Ventura next week, San Jose 5/2-6/12 and Burbank 6/14-6/26 ish...

Got this clear bra put on today before all my road trips. Was going to wait until I got home the end of June, but Craig at Elite Clear Bra wouldn’t let me drive my Elite on the highway without protection!

If you are ever in need and in the OC,CA area - they do amazing work and you should for sure check them out!

Love the small shop vibe vs a big corporate company!

Thanks for the referral StevenD!

And took the stupid moon roof visor off. Will see if the dealer refunds it for me!

New tires and wheels for me today. Petrol P1B wheels with Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S tires.

That’s where I am getting my locks put on!

The ambient lights are in the footwells for the driver and passenger. They are not very bright and can be hard to notice. There is also a light strip around the cup holders.
We have lights around the cupholders?
I haven't noticed that in my Elite AWD!

As I said, they are quite faint. Initially I thought that it was just a reflective strip that was catching some light, but realized that it was just not very bright.
I haven’t noticed - but will check next time.

Dark day in Ventura, so I forced my Passport to have a photo shoot for her 2 week birthday!

Been able to truly enjoy my BIG purchase everyday I drive it❣

Did you get the installation kit as well? Easy to do?
Yes, it comes with an installation kit. The other guy said it was easy to put on. Will see after I receive it.

Aside from a cleaner look, it makes the detailing (waxing) easier without the badges. And, the rear cheeks on the tailgate become more obvious. :giggle:
It does look clean, but I feel like it's identity is now a mystery...
