From what I've read pretty much the front end of the Passport is the same as the Pilot.

Sooooo, does anyone know if a Pilot windshield sunshade (custom fit) will also fit a Passport?

I’d say YES, because I bought a set of WeatherTech “Pilot mats” for my Passport, they fit perfect! The interior measurements are identical.

Let us know on the Sunshade if u go that route as I have my fav no PP yet but Pilot is there / the little lady gets the garage and I get the whole driveway

Was a little nervous initially because a video reviewer (I forget which) said the Passport's front windshield visibility was better than the Pilot's (via thinner A pillars).

Relieved to say it's a perfect fit!

This is my first time purchasing a non-generic one -- Covercraft's is "custom" cut to a specific car's windshield size so there are no gaps or corners exposing the interior to sunlight (save for a tiny bit on the sides that's necessary to install/remove the sunshade).

The material doesn't bend at all, except at the creases where it's supposed to (to fold the sunshade up for storage). It's extremely thick/durable and somewhat heavy. The thickness is likely better at preventing the car interior from heating up, but when installed with the sun visors down, the sunshade weighs on the sun visors a bit. I am slightly concerned about the visor hinges getting loose over time because of this, but I'm probably just being paranoid!

That's the video review I was referring to! I watched it after I already purchased the sunshade online. I live in South Florida and don't have covered parking in my apartment complex, so I didn't really want to wait for a Passport specific release. I'll post a picture later today of the fit.

The Covercraft is my fav as they are easy to place in the window, remove from the window, coverage is awesome and they do not bend easy / on the fence of waiting for the PP specific shade or going with the pilot shade as the little lady gets the garage so I get the sun. Hmmm ?

I'm honestly not sure. It's my first Covercraft purchase and I went with their most popular model. I can't speak to the other ones, but it looks like most people get the standard UVS100, looking at the number of product ratings on their site.

And yep, it folds up accordion style!

I've had the Covercraft UVS100 for my other vehicles. It is a rigid cardboard type structure that folds accordion style, as noted above. Because it is rigid, it will not sag when in use and you do have to be mindful not to bend it while not in use. It is not flimsy. Ours have held up well with use. You do have to find a place for it when not in use. We place it on the floor of the back seat, if we are frequently using it. Otherwise, it is the trunk.

I am able to reuse my existing UVS100 (for an Accord) on the Passport. Not 100% coverage, but good enough.

If you prefer to just toss the sunshade in the back seat, you may wish to consider the softer/flexible ones.
