1. Leather Steering Wheel Cover: And not one of the cheap ones my dad bought at Pep Boys back in the day, no, I'm getting one from these guys: https://wheelskins.com/ I'm getting if for two reasons: (1) the factory leather wheel is stretched extremely tight and has a cheap plasticy feel and (2) The factory wheel feels a little small and a new cover will increase the diameter and just feel more comfortable. I had one of these on my previous BMW and loved it. This time I am going to get the Euro-Perf one and two-tone, with smooth Black on top and bottom and perforated Charcoal on the sides! They don't list the 2019 Passport, so I have to verify that the 2019 Pilot has the same size steering wheel, before ordering. JUST ORDERED: USE 2019 PILOT if you order one
2. Sheepskin Seat Covers: (front seats) found a place not far from home that has them for $199 per seat, which is quite a bit cheaper than this place: https://www.comfysheep.com/honda-passport-sheepskin-seat-covers.html Again, I had these in my first BMW and really enjoyed them, they keep you warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Going to get Charcoal color to break-up some the all black interior, and it will match my steering wheel, and tie into the outside color (Modern Steel Gray). They will also preserve the leather seats.
3. Paint Protection Film: Have you ever had a vehicle with pits and chips in the front end & hood from highway driving? I have and I took my last BMW to these guys and the covered the entire front end and I NEVER got any dings. pits, chips on the front end & hood and 3-1/2 years. Yesterday I spoke with a guy at my work who has a $110k Tesla and he said he REALLY wished he'd Paint Protected his car a year and a half ago as it now has many, many pits, chips. By doing this I will avoid having to get the Air Deflector and it ain't cheep (about $1,500) but if you plan to keep your car for a long time, it could be worth it as it will keep it looking perfect. It also prevents bird droppings from leaching into your clear-coat. I have an appointment to get it done with these guys: http://eliteclearbra.com/ Besides the Hood and full front fenders on both sides, they are going to do all four inner-door handles, the headlights, the mirror backs and the gloss black front-end pieces..
4. WeatherTech Floor Liner: Ordered the front only as no one is going to be sitting in the back (I do have the original Honda carpet mats back there, and since they are sold separately, I can buy the rear later if I want.
5. WeatherTech Clear Cover License Plate Frames: Ordered (2), these are made with a fade-free very hard plastic that actually seals your License plate in and has screw covers for a super clean look.
6. WeatherTech Window Deflectors: Ordered Rear windows only, I plan to only put these on when I go camping, so that when I am sleeping in the back of the Passport, I can slightly crack the back windows open to let fresh air in and still be protected should if it rain or wind.
7. Running Boards: Thinking about ordering: I really like the Die Cast ones and they are on sale through 3/16, so I need to decide fast on these.
8. Sentry Safe: Still gotta figure out if it will fit in the small Cargo opening and if I can mount it to the body. Be nice to have a safe in the vehicle. Thinking about this one:
