Just wanted to put this out there in case anyone was wondering what options were available. I upgraded all of my interior lighting with LED lights using the following kit from Amazon:

I think the results speak for themselves. Here is row 1 and 2:

This is with both rows and the cargo area together:

Finally, here's a pic of one of the doors (note the color difference with the lighted running board LEDs):

Finally, I upgraded the reverse lamps as well. I unfortunately wasn't able to get a pic of those, but the ones I went with were a night and day difference in brightness (double the brightness if I had to quantify). If anyone is looking for replacement reverse lamps I highly recommend these:

Are the interior lights difficult to replace?

No, not difficult. It was as simple as popping off a bunch of covers and replacing the bulbs. The reverse bulbs were even easier...

I didn't think they were too bright, but then again I thought the stock ones were WAY too dark. It is definitely better for vehicle ingress/egress...

What is the best way to remove the lens covers on the interior lights to switch to LEDs?

Depending on which one I was removing I used either a small screw driver or a plastic trim removal tool. The doors were easiest with a screw driver from the bottom of the lens, but most everything else was removable with the trim tool starting at the outer edge of the lens. I also replaced the LEDs in the mirrors as well using a screw driver. Here's a good video showing the process on a Pilot:

This thread was helpful. I did the interior and backup lights with the LUYED that was linked earlier and I'm very happy with the results. Curious, has anyone done the rear turn signal's? I noticed they are not LED. If so, which LUYED brand bulb did you use? Thanks

Amazon claims that these bulbs will not fit the 2019 Passport, nor the 2019 Pilot. How did you determine that they would fit in the Passport? I see from the pictures that they obviously do.

My wife bought a set initially for her 2018 Pilot, so I popped them out of her reverse lamps to see if they would fit. They fit perfectly so I ordered another set.

I’ve purchased and installed the backup bulbs and they’re great! How did you remove the lenses on the interior lights? It looks like the only way is to pry very very carefully with a small screwdriver but there is no obvious place to do that. I fear I’ll break it!

There are multiple videos on performing the same process in a Pilot. It will require some force, but not enough to break the lens. In the end, these lens covers are plastic: if you break one they won't cost more than a couple bucks to replace. Take your time and be deliberate when you're removing the lens, it's not that hard.

It’s the couple of bucks that worries me. The carpet lock that holds the driver’s carpet in place on my wife’s HR-V broke after a year or so of light use and it cost $22 and charge to replace it. It could easily have been mistaken for a toy in a kid’s Happy Meal at Micky D’s.

I had seen the videos but still wanted verification from someone who had recently done it. Even my local mechanic was uncertain. Thanks again.

I just swapped out the interior lights this past weekend. Some of the covers took a little bit of work to remove, but I was just using a small slotted screwdriver and most came off quite easily. For me, the most difficult part was inserting the LEDs for the door lights. The rest all went in easily.

I also replaced my interior lights a few weeks ago. I actually practiced on our CRV first and watched videos that are available from the PrecisionLED website. It gives you a good idea of which side to pry out, etc. I thought it was very easy and I'm not the most mechanically inclined guy around. The hardest for some reason were the courtesy door light covers.
