Just curious for those owners in the cold and hot climates.
I’ve bought vehicles just to find the next season the ac or the heat is lousy.
How is the heater, heated seats and steering wheel? Do they take long to heat up?
How is the A/C. Does it blow ice cold, quick to cool down and do the ventilated seats help? Are the seats worth the coin for moving to elite trim? Thank you!

The heat seems to work very well. The heated seats and steering wheel probably play a significant role in making it seem likes it’s heating up much more quickly than it actually is but it’s probably quick enough on its own. Also, the remote start is nice in that it heats the steering wheel and the seats without you having to have those turned on prior to having turned off the vehicle the last time.

Been in the single digits here recently and the heated wheel and seats warm quickly. Overall I havent been cold long even without remote start. Climate control has been handling it well so no complaints yet.

I think the heater is warmer than my old '16 Pilot. I never thought that one ever got very warm. I do live where we get -20 to -30 below so that's a pretty good test! Like others said the heated seats definitely help the heat department even if the vents weren't putting out good heat! I miss the heated steering wheel I had on the Pilot; I added it as an accessory. Maybe some day I will add that to the Touring! It hasn't been warm enough to try AC so can't comment on that. Hope that helps!

Heat is really good but, then I am comparing it to my 2017 CR-V that had crappy heat..

I’m in MN and the heater, heated seats and heated steering wheel all work very well and pretty quick I think ///I like that the heated seats and wheel warm up with my remote start not sure of the science behind it but must be a temperature trigger/hope the ventilated seats kick on when it’s hot out ?

In my few hours of ownership, my heat seems to run warmer than I would expect. Its in the 20's here and I set the heat on 68, but I was on the warm side. I had to turn it down to 65-66 (while driving). When parked, 68 was OK. After sitting outside in the cold, the interior heated up quickly upon starting.

Turned AC on for the first time the other day and it worked well, ventilated seats are great for cooling off your back and seat!

I’m curious as well / we haven’t hit 70 yet (in MN) and I run warm so have already used the ventilated seats with success but what about swampy air, are they good then??? Hope I don’t have to purchase another aftermarket seat ventilater for my ventilated seats... ??

Just got back, son had a Lacrosse scrimmage in the rain and I’ll just say glad the guy wasn’t in my PP after ? / anyways chilly here (about 50) and heated steering wheel with the ventilated seats (lowest setting) was perfect for me just hope these things work well in the really hot weather as I don’t want sweaty arse ?/ will wait to hear of course...

I'm a Michigan person who lives 35 miles north of Detroit. So one day it's 75 here (and was a few days ago) and the next day it's 33 (this morning with 2" of snow). The "cooling" on the seats works good when the car sun bakes but you might want to use hi at first to get the air in the seat moving. On cold days I find the heat a little slow to get hot as well as the seats. I had a VW prior and the seats got warm much faster. Once the Passports seats are warm, they are nice, but just a little slower than I'm used to.

The Heater/AC I noticed, likes to do Windshield Defrost and Floor as a default. Even still I don't find the heat to be blazing unless I turn the temp up to "HI". I guess I'm okay with all this as I'm usually a warm guy who likes a cooler cabin when driving.

I'm wondering just how much power from our 3.5l 280hp engine the A/C system takes? I ask that as I tested turning it on at 60 mph watching the tach. It did not retreat. I tried it at idle, no change in the tech's movement. If the tech is not showing any loss of power powering the A/C, does the A/C have an impact on the engine?
