I always include destination, so you are right and I should have been clearer, $39,916 is invoice + $1045 destination ~ 40,961.
My total included destination. My OTD was (42,180+1045) = 43,225 + 1450 (options) = $44,675 plus Tax, title, license, doc fees of $150
Sorry for the confusion.

I'm confused. :) So if you remove the $1450 for options, what is the grand-total OTD price? (your OTD price minus $1450 = ??)

Bought the wife’s Odyssey about 8 months ago from the same great, no hassle salesman. We got 10 free oil changes for the Odyssey, but said they were not offering that currently (finance guy would give me 5 free if I bought the Honda Care through him). I was persistent with the salesman and gave it to me for my Passport.

Elite trim purchased on 02-Mar-2019.
Modern Steel Metallic with Black leather interior.

$40,961 with destination included (I believe that's invoice pricing) plus $799 dealer fee. The dealer fee of $799 seemed to be standard here in central Florida as two different dealers had the same fee amount. So adding them together puts us at $41,760 before adding tax/title/registration which is location dependent.

Delivery tomorrow and finalizing the paperwork and payment.

I have been looking into auto concierge services (NOT CarsDirect..Costco..Edmunds etc who receive a commission from the dealer they end up sending you to)...This is a service..though a little pricey...Auto Authority.com..in Calif....They receive no incentives from dealers (great reviews..there is a video challenge won by them against Edmunds)...They will negotiate the price of the car...including what accessories you want included..extended warranty....finance rates...even your trade in value..All you pay them is an upfront non refundable fee of $200....If you like the deal they came up with you pay them the remainder of their fee..If you do not like it..You can simply walk away just losing the $200. They have dealt with dealers from all over the USA as well as people coming back from overseas including our military forces. They have an alternate plan where you can negotiate your own best deal and if they can beat it you pay them 50% of the additional savings over your own negotiated plan. All you have to do is go down to the dealer and sign the papers based on the deal you negotiated and pick up the car. If the dealer is ok with it they will even have the car delivered to your door and sign the papers at your home. All their negotiators are ex dealer managers with many years in the business and supposedly know all of the dealers little tricks. Seems worth looking into.
