If durability is a consideration, the die cast would be better?
A related note with Splash Guards, it is either Splash Guards or Fender Flares. Cannot have both installed.Does anyone think the Passport just looks more rugged or complete with the Running Boards and Mud Flaps?
Description as follows:Which ones would have the best grip if they were covered with snow or slush?
The other way around. The die cast is $675, black is $450, black w/ lights is $550... MSRP.So the die-cast are aggressive and the black running boards are super aggressive? ??
Interesting. The fender flare instructions indicate that the splash guards cannot be installed. Your car looks good!I heard the same but it is false I had the fender flares installed at the dealer and the service advisor also thought I couldn’t have the guards too but they were able to install the flaps too fortunately / love my flares and flaps ?
There is a link at the bottom of this page to download the instructions. Fairly straight forward for a DIY. Some cutting, scraping and paint touch-up. No drilling required. How difficult is the installation for the Die Cast running boards? They look the best in my opinion... dealer wants $1000 installed price. Rather do it myself but is there any drilling or cutting that needs to be done?
