Just test drove Passport Touring for about 2 hrs without the salesman in the car...My wife and I were very impressed...quiet..plenty of power on the highway...Took it over some very bad side streets...felt solid...Seats are very comfortable...arm rests..captains chairs..were very comfortable...(I had my doubts about the arm rests)..Definitely considering buying an Elite at end of this year..waiting for dealer prices to settle down and any vehicle bugs worked out.

Ok, back to something I dislike: both my prior Pilots allowed you to open the rear window without lifting the tailgate. That comes in handy in my garage where I don’t have enough clearance behind my car to open the tailgate when the garage door is closed.

I have a 2010 Acura MDX...about the same size as the new Passport...I open the garage door when I want to get to the back storage area..I never saw that as a problem.....I live in the Dallas area...Is your location extremely cold in the winter?

Okay, I've got a "hate." I hate that I can't permanently disable the Auto-off thing. We shouldn't have to remember to push the button EVERY SINGLE TIME we start the car.

It becomes second nature awhile....

I live in the same place. I’ve never had a car or SUV where I had to open the garage door to get some small item out of the back. It’s an annoyance, not a major issue, but it’s something previous generations of Pilots had as an option on some trim levels.

The MDX was my first suv so I never had anything to compare it to.

Wish the power mirrors could be folded in after the car is turned off, but before the door is opened.

So you are saying you have shut off the engine, then leave the car before you can power fold the outside mirrors? Is the control to fold it on the key fob?
