Couple little things I've notice after about a month of ownership: I would have liked a USB plug to play iPod to be hidden in console like the '16 Pilot. The one in the console is for charging only so you have to use the one that is out and I don’t like leaving the iPod in plain sight. Also, I’m not sure of the placement of the blindspot alerts. I think they would be better on the mirrors or at least not set back so far. I’m hoping in time I’ll get more used to it. Also, if you have the screen on the dash by speed, etc set to navigation last time you drove when you restart the vehicle it's at the menu - think it should just stay at last viewed screen. Heated seats seem to come on randomly - maybe something isn't right? I think every vehicle is going to have things you don't like, Otherwise, I LOVE IT!!!!!! Little tip: telescoping sun visors.

The heated seats don’t seem to come on with remote start in the cold at least not the driver side. I haven’t actually sat in the passenger seat to see. I don’t think the indicate lights come on with the remote to show they are on (correct me if I’m wromg on that) but the seat is cold so I can tell they aren’t coming on. They do the random coming on once I actually push button start.

I’m having a issue with my drivers side mirror. When I put my passport in reverse the mirror tilts so you can see curbs. When I put the car back in drive the mirror is never back in the original spot so I have to adjust the mirror every time I get into car. Is anyone else having this issue?

Make sure your mirror adjustment switch is set in the middle. If it is set to L or R that mirror will tilt down when put in reverse. Do you have the driver's memory set?

Drivers memory. Does it adjust seat, mirrors, radio and heat settings. That’s what I’m used too but should’ assume
It does the seat minus the lumbar position and the outside mirrors.
Here are the instructions from manual.

I believe Honda is continuing to bring down noise levels in the Pilot/Passport lines, at least with the upper trims. My 2012 Pilot was quieter than my 2005 (my least favorite attribute of the older Pilots), and the Passport seems to be better still. The main reason I was considering a luxury brand was interior noise, and so far I’m happy with my decision to stay with Honda from that perspective.

Had crazy thing happen with the Collision Mitigation braking. Was driving 65 mph on a 2 lane highway and the way the road made a bend and at that moment a semi-truck was coming in the other direction it looked for a second like we were head-to-head. The Collision flashed braking on the screen and tapped the brakes twice. Scared me a little - at least it just tapped the brakes. Also the cross traffic monitoring seems to be have long range. I was parked at a gas station and went to back up and it was alerting me to traffic coming on the main road which was a pretty good distance away not like traffic come up the lane in a parking lot - I'm not good at judging distance I bet the distance was a least 3x the width of a parking lot lane. Had to stop and look around to see what I wasn't seeing that sensors were. Sometimes all the beeps make me jump a little LOL! Guess the day it saves me from an accident I will be truly grateful! Just takes some getting used to!:)

Noticed if you remote start the vehicle and then use the kick sensor to open the tailgate without unlocking other doors or anything else the vehicle will shut off. Not sure if it will stay running if you unlock the other doors first haven't experimented yet.

I noticed the same with regard to the tailgate. I don’t think the engine shuts off when you open the driver’s side door, at least that’s what I remember the first time I tried remote start. I’ve only used it a few times so far.
I've only noticed it shutting off with the kick tailgate. It won't shut off when opening the driver's door or if you unlock all doors and open one of those first. Must be some kind of safety feature:unsure:

Sadly as with everything else like smartphones, etc., some of the features that are missing that we all want as mentioned in this forum will be on next year's model. They have to leave some features off for the next round!:(

I am not happy about the way the hands free tailgate does not work well. I rarely have the hands free tailgate work for me. I took it into Honda service and the damn thing started working every time. Could it be the difference in natural light versus indoor lighting at the customer service?

What is the secret foot wave that works for you?
Mine seems to work fine when I don't really need it LOL! When my hands are full and can't get to the remote or the button then it decides to be stubborn. I have noticed that if my keys are by my phone then it doesn't seem to work - maybe there is some signal conflict? Also, as bhertz mentioned if I leave another door open then it won't work.
