Went to the grocery store today, parked, got out of the car. A guy came running over from across the parking lot to ask me how I liked the Passport. He walked into the store with me asking all about the car.

I opened the sun roof and noticed a lot of wind noise at 45-50mph...

Haven't even tried mine yet. If we still lived in CA I'd likely use it more often, but here in FL it doesn't get used.

I already downloaded the PDF manuals but where do you go to order printed manuals?

From Honda Owners Link, login or register. If not already there, add your vehicle. Then, under "Owner's Manuals & Warranties", there is a link that takes you here for printed request form.
