In the same boat - was considering an Elite but now thinking the ~3k I save is more valuable than what I get going from a Touring AWD to an Elite. Which from what I make out is dimming ORVM, rain sensing wipers, heated steering, LED map lights, ventilated seats, black wheels. Did I miss anything? 
The difference in quotes (no bargaining yet) is about 2900. With tax its 3100. Still think I'm better off putting that money into aftermarket accessories and paint protection I was hoping to get.
Someone convince me otherwise?
