System rebooted while driving?

I have about 1500 on mine, system went dark yesterday afternoon between Columbus and Cleveland.. nothing.... then approximately 5 minutes later the XM started back on line and the whole thing came back up.. Also my CarPlay still acts up and mutes me so I am not able to be heard. I must unplug the phone and hold handset.. NOT a good thing to do in traffic.. I now just hang up and wait to redial.
