Same situation happened to our 2019 Odyssey EX-L. When I turned it off to hopefully reset, it will keep the main screen on trying to reboot. I was able to drive it to the dealer and a system reset fixed it. Perhaps a glitch. There was a software update last week when I took it in for service. It has never done this again or with my Passport.
