Is the 550w version the same as in the Pilot? Anyone have a comment on how it sounds?

Thanks Gary, I had a chance to check out the Passport 550w Stereo yesterday (Feb 2) and it was just as you stated; clear, with great surround qualities and enough bass to please all but the hard-core Rap fans...!

The only issue that I have run into is that while runnning the 540 watt stereo its hard to hear the dual exhaust system ..

Easy solution, just record the exhuast on your phone and play it back through the USB port!
