I noticed this on mine right before my first service. I asked the technician to check it out while it was in the shop. He told me it is very common on Pilot and Passport...Honda knows about it. It is the parking brake shoes moving when hitting a bump. If you hold your parking brake pedal just to the point where it beeps and hit the bump, the 'clunk' goes away.
