Greetings,
I know on page 186 of manual discusses rear view mirror. I could not find the tab to adjust mirror to daytime and nighttime. Have others used the tab? How do you move the actual mirror side to side, I do not want to force it.
Thanks,
Pdog

The EX-L, Touring and Elite models feature an auto-dimming rear view mirror. I believe the Sport model is the only one that has a tab on the mirror. No tab on auto-dimming mirrors.

Thanks and the only way to adjust the view through the mirror is to adjust your seat position? Does not seem like you can move the mirror at all.
Thanks

I think that you misunderstood how the auto-dimming mirrors work? First, manually adjust the mirror as you would for daytime driving. Then, the mirror will automatically dim when there are bright lights in your mirror. There is nothing that you need to do. It will dim, but not darken as much as a manual dimming mirror.

I find the mirror to be pretty small, in the sense that it gives a small field of view. I had a similar problem with my Element's mirror and ended up buying a third party mirror that clipped onto the standard one. But I guess if I did that with the Passport, I'd lose the auto-dim feature. Anyone with any suggestions for a larger field of view?
