I searched Youtube for video on how to add the web browser to the applications list and found several; none of which addressed the 2019 Passport, or Pilot so I decided to putz around to see if I could get to the hidden menus. Sure enough, I found the menu combinations and started exploring but I never found a menu item that unlocked the applications or browser.
I'm posting here to see if some bright guy or gal can get the browser activated or find any useful functions to change.
WARNING!! I have no clue as to how much damage you can do by changing settings intended for factory or mechanics use. Don't change anything unless you know what you are doing!!
