So my wife’s 2014 Nissan Rogue has height adjustment to avoid hitting the garage when you use the power lift gate. You would set the desired height, hold the button, and that’s it. Looks like this feature is available on the Oddisey and the Pilot, but for some bizarre reason, not on the Passport. After a quick search I have not been able to confirm this, but everything points to NO HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT. I have seen threads recommending to open the lift gate in “manual mode” by holding the button, or even installing a foam board in the garage door.
Please chime in to confirm this or educate me with a solution, perhaps there is a work around and I’m wrong.
I already had my big scare trying to set this up in the garage and almost hitting the door.
At this price range, this would be my first big disappointment on the Passport after 1 week of ownership.

Well said. Agreed. I wouldn't be surprised to see this feature implemented in the next model year or two.

Not sure my '15 Highlander was that much longer than the PP. But I back into my garage and opening PP tail gate allows me way more space to walk behind than I had w the HL.
But wife's Crosstour hatch will hit garage if she parks wrong, face in. I can see where a auto-adjust gate might be handy.
