Check the local auto parts store. Rust-O-Leum sells a "gloss black" touch up paint (without clearcoat). Duplicolor sells a "universal black" (NOT "universal flat black"), includes separate clearcoat.

The challenge is applying the paint and clearcoat so it looks decent. If you mess up, use isopropyl alcohol to clean and restart.
