Like all Honda’s, the Tech is the biggest complaint. Reviewers and Consumers talk about the Garmin Nav Head Unit as being too basic with limited customizations compared to even the outdated Toyota models. Sure the back-up camera and screens have more of a Hi-def look but the feature set is very limited to appeal to a wide audience. They went for the IPhone model but gave the tech of a spoon.
Maybe I'm in the minority but I like the Garmin based Nav unit. I also had it in my 2017 Ridgeline and I have a portable Garmin unit. I find it very intuitive to use. It always recognizes my voice commands and for my needs I've never found it lacking. I owned a 2018 Chevy Equinox for year and it had the worst Nav system I've ever used.

Another note... about Honda's Lane Keeping Assist. When I have LKAS activated and driving on a road with gentle curves my Passport will literally steer itself. When experimenting with this I do keep my hands positioned over and around the steering wheel, but not touching it. The 2018 Chevy Equinox I owned would travel over the center line or the edge of the road line slightly before attempting to correct itself. The Chevy LKAS was so inefficient is was almost worthless to use it, so kudos to Honda for having a good system.
