Best selling price offer i have so far is 37750 for a Touring AWD. Started a mini bidding war in the Tampa area. Will probably go with this one.

Does the 37,750 include the 1,045 destination charge (I would think not?). Any accessories or fees included? I'm just trying to compare to what I think I can negotiate for the same trim.

Yes it does since it came down from the 42225 with the 1045. No accessories. That's the raw selling price. Tax/tag/fees on top of that.

Excellent! That is below the invoice price of 38,680 (37,635 + 1,045)

Invoice price for the elite is 40,961 (39,916 + 1,045) so approx. 900 to 1,000 less than that would be $40,000 or so. I think that would be a reasonable target.

That sounds about right. With a target price of $1,000 less than invoice, where I am assuming my tax rate and expected fees, I would come in at approx. $43,600 OTD for the Elite trim. I haven't started my sales process yet, but it sounds like some dealers currently are willing to sell at or below invoice and others are not there yet.
