Imagine how annoyed you'd be when your battery died 30 minutes into your commute from using carplay wirelessly (not all cars with carplay have wireless chargers)
My phone will run for more than 8 hours of just music...now using GPS couple of hours max... most of trips are short runs around town, pain in the neck plugging/ unplugging phone constantly...
