Let me know when you install that hitch. I'd like to know if you did it without removing the bumper to install the new panel.

Not sure what piece you are talking about but if its the one on the bottom half of the bumper that the hitch goes thru..no they don't cut it ,it has about 8 different screws, bolts and plastic tabs that need to come off and then you replace it with the one that comes with the hitch..I just got mine delivered and the replacement panel is included in the box.Im just waiting for a nice day to install it.

I just thought you were going to install it yourself. guess not
