I got very little on my negotiation on April 13, because of low to no inventory.
I was adamant about modern steel color and wanted a Touring model. They didn’t exist in CA, NV or AZ since February. So on April 12 the dealership closest to me called with an elite.
I was able to negotiate a 6 year warranty for the price of 5, a few hundred off the dealer alarm (KAHU) which turned out to be a GPS tracker system and some spray that protects the paint and interior. I also got $1k off if I financed for 7 months. The finance chargers were about $125/month so it was still a deal. I was willing to pay cash.
But then I add on the custom ceramic window tint for almost $900, running boards, all weather mats, cargo mat, splash guards (don’t recall all those costs), a clear bra protection for rock chips for $1800,
The dealer wouldn’t throw in any of the accessories.
