I know perhaps this is not possible with today's computer controlled automotive electronics, but I'll ask anyway. Is there an easy modification that allows the foglights (driving lights) to be turned on without the headlights being on and still go off when the igition is turned off? I had an early 2000's Toyota Tacoma that I could pull a relay and install a jumper between two of its terminals.

I doubt there is a simple way to accomplish what you want. Ford has something called Forscan that allows you to modify numerous things via a laptop and an OBD2 adapter. I probably changed 15 different actions on my F150.
