I'm currently in the market for a 2019 Passport EXL AWD in NY. Can anyone comment on if this is a good deal or if I can get better?

I went to another dealership(#2) and they said they would give me their best price which is their Costco price and showed me $40,200 OTD. I was like...um, I have the costco price from another dealership in my pocket and it's $38,700. They then came back and said they could do $38,500 OTD. I still haven't decided what I'm going to do. The lack of integrity really bothered me at dealership #2. I understand that is sales, but it is beyond insulting sometimes.

Any else have current prices/feedback?

What part of NYS are you in? I'm in Western (Buffalo/Rochester) hoping to score a good deal on an EX-L before the end of August.
