I would consider a lack of rear recovery points a huge miss from Honda on a vehicle which offers many off-road features in AWD models. I do not see recovery points identified in the manual, but I did find this comment on page 451 -
If You Get Stuck, carefully go in the direction that you think will get you unstuck. Do not spin the tires as this will only make things worse and could damage the transmission. If you are unable to free yourself, your vehicle will need to be towed. Front and rear tow hooks are provided for this purpose.
Hopefully the rear does have a solid option for recovery when owners do not install the hitch.
