Is anyone else looking too install door guards or molding? I can just already see car doors slaming into my passport and dinging the doors.
Ha! I was about to say I am always searching for a ding-free-zone when I park. Maybe I let it slide after a car gets to be 10 years old with 200,000 miles. But for safe parking tips: www.parkingbydesign.com
I'm telling you this from personal experience...once it becomes a habit, it never goes away - no matter what you're driving.Ha! I was about to say I am always searching for a ding-free-zone when I park. Maybe I let it slide after a car gets to be 10 years old with 200,000 miles.
Here are the OEM side mouldings from Bernardi’s. https://www.bernardiparts.com/Products/Honda-Body-Side-Moldings-(Passport)__08P05-TG7-XXX1.aspxI’ve been having a hard time finding the right link to door guards and moldings. Can anyone help point me in the right direction? Thanks!
I have them on my 2017 Pilot and I love the look of them (they are the same Part #s as the Pilot.)See, I’m just the opposite. I want them to blend into the car as much as possible. I never polished them on my Pilot, and they looked fine to me.
Lol, I have always done that. I park well away, usually in a corner where there is only parking on one side of me.I've been getting lots of exercise lately by parking really far from anyone else in the parking lot.
I do it now. But I had a 2006 Pilot. Haven't cared in quite some time.I park well away, usually in a corner where there is only parking on one side of me.
Could you post pics of the moldings installed..Just installed them, simple install. Bought from Benardi’s. Nobody likes door dings.
