Called American Honda... even they couldn't tell me the color of the wheel.
Correction: Polished Metal Metallic, touch up code 08703-NH737MAH-A1 seems to be a pretty good match. It’s a shade lighter than the Modern Steel Metallic of the body color. This pic is without the clear coat applied and 2 coats of color. The different shades in the pic is because of the different angles of the wheel.
Wheels | 20 in Solid-Spoke Pewter Gray Alloy |
I have an email into Honda with that code... with any luck, hopefully will have an answer in a few days. The Civic and Accord were produced in the 90s in Pewter Gray NH537M.
Wonder if it's the same color as the wheels?
I'm certain I'll be on the short list for curb rash also.
Sorry I can't provide anymore information about the color for the wheels. Here is the official response from American Honda... even they can't provide the color code! My guess is the aforementioned Pewter Gray NH537M is worth testing. For now, I'll settle with my Accord Polished Metal Metallic. Spent way too much time on this to get no answer from Honda.I have an email into Honda with that code... with any luck, hopefully will have an answer in a few days.
Not going to pursue it anymore. What I used from my Accord will have to do. It’s only an edge scuff and is good enough. If anything happens to the face surface I might revisit this. And maybe I’ll ask my dealer’s service department. I never imagined it would be this difficult.OMG SMH. Let me know how the Pewter Gray goes.
