stop for a light and when I take foot off brake a clunk right when I step on the gas. Happens about 50% of the time. Any input?

It is your Idle Stop. When you stop and press the brake pedal down the engine will shut off. It won't shut off if you don't press the pedal completely or when you have the air conditioning/heat on high.
