If you download the data PDF file, they give the specs they developed for the article. In it they say the 0-60 time for the Passport is 5.8 seconds!!!! Geeze I now know where the gas mileage is going!!

Not so sure on that 5.8 seconds. Motortrend got 6.1 or 6.2 I believe which is a significant difference imo. Either way it’s no rocket but it’s no slouch either. The V6 is very strong. I would have liked to seen 300hp and a wee bit more torque. But that is just nitpicking. I am so glad Honda is keeping the V6 around. Picked it over the 4 banger turbo new RDX. No 4 banger turbo is going to match a good and smooth naturally aspirated V6 like in this Passport.

That’s what I thought with ford trucks. V8 ruled. Not, this last one V6 EcoBoost has more ponies more torque and gets me 20mpg in a half ton truck

V6 turbo is another story. I have no problem with that. I personally just really and I mean REALLY dislike 4 banger turbos. I did not even like it in the new Accord Touring.
