I plan to buy a black EXL, and I would love to have black wheels, but it seems like only the Sport version comes with black pewter wheels. I'm not paying $2000 for black alloy wheels, so I was wondering if anyone knows if I can just request the black pewter wheels rather than the gray.

The selling dealer won't do this, but you can swap wheels with a Sport owner who wants pewter gray. Make a post here (there isn't a trading section yet ) saying that you want to swap your EX-L wheels for Sport wheels. It may take a awhile for more Sport trims to sell and owners to find their way to this forum. Obviously you'll need to meet up to make the swap.

A second option is to buy the black wheels from one of the online Honda accessories sellers. They have much lower prices. Then sell your original wheels on eBay or to a Pilot owner on the Piloteers.org forum.
