Take a look in your owner's manual pouch and you should find a microfiber cloth for cleaning the head unit screen. I've been using it to wipe down the black plastic and it's doing a nice job without scratching. Not sure about appropriate cleaning fluid though.

I have similar trim in my current CR-V. I just keep a microfiber cloth in the center console and wipe the dust off occasionally, seems to work fine.

Zeiss lens wipes (get mine in Walmart)...I use them on my eyeglasses...do not streak.
