From the specs on Honda's Canadian website and brochures.

On the owner manual, there's a mention of "automatic headlight adjusting system", which reads as follow:

"Your vehicle is equipped with the automatic
headlight adjusting system that automatically adjusts
the vertical angle of the high/low beam headlights."

Vertical is side to side(I think). Sounds like Canadian trim may have one up. Haven’t seen that on US models

Horizontal is side to side. Vertical is up and down. My Mazda has horizontal lights that track with the steering wheel. I believe verticals adjust for the vehicle load.

Today I actually saw the light moving down a little when I started the car. I wasn't towing or having anything heavy in the trunk, so not sure why it did move.

In Chicago it usually means someone is jacking your tires. No lie, they do it at stop lights while your in the car
