We have the gray in our CRV and will be the gray in our Passport as well. I use leather cleaner and conditioner 2x/year and they stay looking very nice. The picture above is very washed out. The seats are darker. We wanted the gray as we will be living in FL for most of this vehicle's life span. My wife doesn't want to get into a hot seat.
