I guess it depends on the trim you are looking for. Based on Honda configurator for Passport, the Gray interior for White Passport available only on Elite. All Touring and below come with Black interior only.

I want the white Elite. But all we have around here is gray interiors -- no black.

And I'm looking for Touring in Black Copper but only Elite trims are available near me in that color. I guess sometimes we have to wait...
