Lrepper, the responses you are receiving from your dealership are rediculous and morainic. You need to escalate your situation to Honda regional management. The dealership appears to be impotent. Ask for the regional Honda representative and have your issues with your PP in writing as well as a one to one discussion. There have been extensive AC discussions here at the Forum but they have all/mostly have been resolved/repaired successfully. Yours should be too.
