Paid for this at time of purchase almost 3 months ago. Honda Canada still has not delivered the hitch parts for installation. They keep giving a date and then when it doesn't show up give a new date.
I plan to be in Toronto about the beginning of October and plan to stop at the headquarters in Markham and deliver a blast of sh!t. I may be posting for bail money, lol.
Anyone else having this problem in Canada?

That sucks, I had no problem at all when I ordered mine at Hanover Honda here in SW Ontario.

Just wondering when you bought yours and when you received the hitch and had it installed?
I just called Honda Canada ten minutes ago and got a complete run around. The woman I spoke with refused to escalate this issue. Also would not provide another phone number to call. She kept saying the dealer is responsible. I countered that the dealer leaps receiving inaccurate arrival dates from Honda Canada on when this hitch will arrive. Also, the dealer does not manufacture the vehicle or options....Honda Canada does.....logic made no difference.
I expected better from Honda.

I purchased mine in June and also ordered the hitch at that time. I picked the car up with it installed.

Bought my PP in June had to wait 1 month for the hitch/harness because it was on backorder,im in Ontario too. No biggie, they installed the hitch and harness pretty quick when I dropped it off, the techs know tricks we don't so they didn't have remove the bumper. Bigger things in life to worry about.
